hey girls. thanks for the voting and all. frankly, i am not ready at all. i have no confi, no everything. i cant even play my position properly. however, i do have the heart, and i know you girls have too. i sort of feel it. but thats not enough, it must be strong. i hope that through all the activities and trainings, our passion for netball will grow. and each of you has the potential. thats wad i believe in and i am sure we can do something for srjc netball. from a non experience to a pro=D above all, please work closely with me okie=D i really need that. esp serious netball trg, surely tough but NEVER SAY NO. ( i just watched game plan) hahah we can do this together.
we will focus on physical training for two weeks first. thats my plan if coach isnt here yet. however there will still be ball games. most probably it ll be half court like the last trg. debrief will continue, i ll try to make it shorter. think i ll need someone to write down everything that we ve discussed on that day. yup. maybe we ll take turn. bibs will also be wash according to the order of classes.
training will last for at least 3 hours. Here's a LITTLE timetable:1a) 5 rounds on track OR
1b)10 rounds up and down, pass through the fusion hse.
2) stretching
3) 20 normal push up
4)20 diamond push up
5)20 crunches
6)50/60 seconds hold in crunches position

5 mins WATER BREAK8)grab a partner(get same height ones): partner 1 hold the ball high, partner 2 jump to get the ball. 2 sets, 1 set:10 each. lets call it,

a) using medicine ball: 20 chest passes each
20 right overhead passes each
20 right hand shoulder passes each (move 3 steps behind)
b) for normal ball: 30 chest pass each
30 overhead each
20 underarm pass each( left and right hand)
20 bounce pass each( left and right hand)
30 left hand shoulder pass
further distance passes wld be: 30 right hand shoulder passes each
30 lob passes each
c) do 20 hook each

everyday. get a ball and store in your locker! i am sorry but you have to do it. if possible i ll stay too. i ll also put the keys for the netball cage in my locker. when i get my new locker i ll tell you girls again. so you girls can train or play games any time=D yup but must inform me hor!
