Sry bout the late post....about yesterday's training....STRENGTHS and WEAKNESSVonny- not fast enough (guards players)ChuinSin- not fast enough, tough training, low stamina, butter fingers (runs to get every ball)Debroah- (good defense, pressurizes opponents)XinYin- still gives space for opponents (ran faster todday)Adeline- no endurance, no chance to break free,(running quite ok)Angeline- (always tries to jump for the ball)Jane- today's training tougher, no stamina, landing weird, 5round timing good, but aim for 11.30for 5 roundsHweeyee- never jump for rebound (running improved, runs out during game)Eunice- passes not good(can grab the ball, highest point good, jumps high)Ada- shooting lousy, 5rounds not that good (clearer of where to go during game)Amira- stepping not that good, must learn to figure out your space during game (avoids clashes)Jaspreet- did'nt do well, low stamina (tried 5 rounds)Rachel- wed. training tougher, stamina not there (shooting improved)overall everyone, esp Amira, said that more commitment towards training is there.I think everyone is doing very well, must strive and keep it up...lotsa luvrachel
